Pince & Pints was born out of a love for crustaceans and seafood. Having travelled the world and devoured the best, the brains and brawns behind Pince & Pints wanted to bring the epicurean experience of live Atlantic Coast lobsters back home so Asia can enjoy exceptional meals at good value. The result? A quintessential lobster bar with a multitude of choices to tickle your taste buds — whether you want ’em in our Signature Lobster Roll, or with a local twist with our Chilli Lobster Dish, we have ’em all. With good company, and a couple of cold pints, you’re gonna have a whale of a time!
At Pince & Pints, we only obtained our lobster and seafood suppliers directly from fisheries that practice sustainable fishing methods. We are dedicated to working with these fisheries to ensure the lobster population in particular is robust and healthy. All our lobsters are wild-caught and air-flown directly from the Atlantic Coast where they are transported to a state-of-the-art facility, and stored in a conducive environment before they are delivered in prime condition to our restaurants.
