By choosing to import directly from seafood and lobster fisheries that practice sustainable fishing methods, Pince & Pints is dedicated in working with these fisheries to ensure the lobster population in particular is robust and healthy. All our lobsters are wild-caught and air-flown directly from the Atlantic Coast; they are transported to a state-of-the-art facility, and stored in a conducive environment before they are delivered in prime condition to our restaurants.
At Pince & Pints, you can expect to taste seafood and lobsters of the freshest and most premium quality. The owners believe it doesn’t take a master chef to make good lobster dishes; rather, it takes a great lobster.
