By choosing to import directly from lobster fisheries that practice sustainable fishing methods, Pince & Pints is dedicated in working with these fisheries to ensure the lobster population is robust and healthy. All our lobsters are wild-caught and air-flown directly from the Atlantic Coast; they are transported to a state-of-the-art facility, and stored in a conducive environment before they are delivered in prime condition to the restaurant.
